MEDICATIONS
ALL MEDICATIONS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE SCHOOL NURSE.
NO STUDENT will be permitted to carry or take and medication on his or
her own (Including medications such as Tylenol, cough drops, or other
prescriptions or over the counter medications). A completed
"Administration of Medication in Schools" form must be completed by your
family physician and submitted to the school nurse for any medication
needed by your child during the school day.
ATTENDANCE
If your child is absent, please call the Nurse’s Office at (631) 262-6823. Please give Name of Student, Teacher’s Name, and Reason for Absence. A written explanation of absence or tardiness, signed by the parent or guardian, is required when the child returns to school.
